At present we have two big series of argon arc welding products of 500MPa and 600MPa and also we can produce more than 20 kinds of products of φ1.6-φ4.0 according to the demands.ln the process of burming,the products have features such as stable electric arc burning,concentrated heat,high temperature arc beam,high welding production efficiency,narrow heat affected zone,less stress deformation of weldment and small cracking tendency,etc.

Furthermore,in the process of manufacturing argon arc welding wire,we are the first to use drawing tool with special material and special straightening moulds which make the wire diameter of products uniform,reduce the damage of the welding wire surface and make the electric arc stable in the process of welding.The welding line is uniform,beautiful and can be equal to all-position welding of the same level and it is easy to weld and the production efficiency is high.
